What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that can be sent to your browser when you visit a website and stored on your device (computer or other device with internet access, such as a smartphone or tablet). Cookies are stored in the file folder of your internet browser. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate and the date on which they were created. The next time you visit the site, your web browser will reload the cookies and send this information back to the website that originally created the cookie. The cookies we use do not harm your computer. They do not include any personal information and cannot be used to identify you on third-party websites, including analytics providers' sites.
Types of cookies
Short-term, so-called session cookies
Sú to dočasné cookies, ktoré sa vypnutím internetového prehliadača vymažú.
Long-term, so-called persistent cookies
They remain stored in your browser even after you turn off your computer. These cookies store the user's preferences and serve to enhance the user's browsing experience or serve analytical or advertising purposes.
How you can change your cookie settings?
You can change or delete your cookie storage settings at any time by using the drop-down box that appears directly on the website or in your browser. You can set your web browser to disable or block the storage of cookies on your device, including third-party cookies. It is also possible to block or allow the storage of cookies only for certain websites. You can then delete cookies that are already stored on your device at any time. The use of cookies and their authorisation in your web browser is at your discretion.
